I've tried a few cat foods, but none seemed to tackle my Bengal's dental issues quite like Hill's Science Diet Oral Care has. His breath was getting pretty rough, and I noticed some tartar buildup despite regular brushing. So, I figured, why not give this vet-recommended food a shot? After almost a month of feeding him this chicken recipe, the difference is noticeable. His teeth look cleaner, with significantly less tartar compared to before. Plus, his breath isn't as... shall we say, pungent? It's still no spring breeze, but it's definitely improved. I love that this food actually works as advertised. My vet was impressed with my cat's oral health at our last check-up, and I know the interlocking fiber tech is what made that happen.
My cat has had gum issues from a young age due to allergies. I’ve been feeding her Hill’s Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin dry food. She’s now 5 years old and had tartar buildup on her back teeth. The vet wanted $2,000 for a dental cleaning.I saw this food on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I didn’t expect it to remove the tartar, but I figured it wouldn’t do any harm either. At first, I was disappointed. My cat started vomiting after eating this food because the kibble pieces were much
I got this food because I wanted to be more mindful of my cats’ dental health, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. It actually helps reduce plaque and freshens their breath—which I noticed after just a little while of using it! I also like that this brand uses qua
My cat is not able to have his teeth cleaned because his liver counts were off a little bit. He is 13, and he absolutely adores this food. His breath is already so much better after feeding it for about five days. I had been feeding only canned food, which I feel is healthier for a cat than dry food, because they get most of their moisture from the food they eat. He seems to be drinking quite a bit of water, so I feel OK about feeding this to him currently. I may also intersperse with some canne
I’ve had my cat on this for one year now. At last year‘s annual check up he had moderate gum disease, today there was a little inflammation, but much much better than a year ago.
My vet recommended the prescription version of this. Handy if you don't want to get a prescription every time as it seems to have similar ingredients. It doesn't seem to be the best ingredients, but it my cat seems to love the taste of these. He actually thinks they are treats when I got the sample from my vet of the prescription version. They are larger so he has to chew them. He had an issue with puking because he would inhale his dry food so fast and swallow it whole, then two minutes later v
