Our Experience

I needed something that could handle daily use with my two ferrets, and this Kaytee litter seemed to fit the bill at first glance. I liked how it's made from whole-kernel corn, making it dust-free and safe if ingested, which is a relief knowing my curious ferrets might try a taste.

After a week of use, I found that it clumps well when wet, making scooping easy. However, the litter itself is quite lightweight, so it can kick up some dust when my ferrets dig around in their cage. It's not a deal-breaker, but it means I need to keep an eye on their bedding to ensure it stays dust-free for their health. Overall, it's a decent product that meets my needs, with just one minor downside.
