I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but the Marineland Contour 3 Aquarium Kit has been a pleasant surprise. For starters, it's really well-built. The rounded glass corners give it a modern look that I like, and it fits nicely in my small apartment. The LED lighting is surprisingly good too, providing just the right amount of warmth for my little fish friends.

My only minor critique would be the filter system. It's not terrible, but it does make a bit of noise compared to other filters I've had. It's something you get used to, but if quiet operation is a priority, this might not be your best bet. All in all though, for $50, this aquarium kit offers great value for money.
