Okay so I really like this product! As a new fish owner, I was constantly worried about the tap water harming my little guys, but Prime has made that a thing of the past. It's been three weeks now and not one of my six tetra has shown any signs of stress or illness - they're even schooling better than before! The one thing I wasn't expecting though was how quickly it works; within just five minutes, the package says it's safe to add fish, but I've found that mine were ready in half that time. My only minor critique is that it does smell a bit like chlorine at first, but trust me, your fish won't mind one bit!
