Our Experience

After meticulously researching various aquarium options for my betta fish, I settled on the Tetra 1 Gallon Half Moon. The decision was primarily based on its compact size and innovative half-moon design, which promised optimal visibility for both inhabitants and observers.

Upon arrival, the tank's construction seemed sturdy, and assembly was straightforward, taking less than ten minutes. The movable LED light is a thoughtful feature; it casts an even glow throughout the tank, creating a pleasant atmosphere for both fish and spectators. My betta, Orion, appeared to be quite curious about his new environment, which I attribute partly to the increased visibility provided by the half-moon design.

However, one minor observation after nearly a month of use is that the filter, while adequate for the tank's size, could be quieter. It's not overly disruptive, but it does produce a faint hum that might bother those sensitive to such sounds in an otherwise peaceful setting.

Overall, I've been pleased with the Tetra 1 Gallon Half Moon; its design and features have made it an enjoyable addition to my home and provided a comfortable habitat for Orion.
