This toy is super cute and well-made with soft, durable fabric. I loved the idea of it being stuffless—less mess and safer for aggressive chewers. The squeakers worked great and definitely caught my dogs’ attention.Unfortunately, it just didn’t stand a chance with my pups. They’re heavy chewers and tore through it pretty quickly. That said, I still think it’s a great toy for gentler dogs or for supervised play. If your dog isn’t a power chewer, this could be a fun and safe option!
If you have a dog that just tears apart a toy in order to pull out the stuffing and then you have to watch to be sure he doesn't swallow that fluff, this is a great alternative! just put an empty plastic water bottle in it and let him go to town. The beak got torn off almost right away, but the feet and wings are still on--yay! You can replace the water bottle when it no longer crunches satisfactorily and you don't have to worry about stuffing either being swallowed or strewn all over the place.
my dog loves to chew on plastic bottles because of the noise they make, I love that they are hidden in the animals and I don't have to worry about them getting parts of the plastic in their mouth. When there is no more crinkle noise coming out I just put another bottle in there. Keeps her entertained for hours.
Cute toys for the pups, but they aren't super durable. Some last longer than others. My dogs like to play tug'o'war with toys and these are perfect for it.
