Took me a while to decide but finally, I took the plunge and bought the Van Ness Pets Calm Carrier Max. I've got two anxious cats, so finding a carrier that's easy on them was crucial. The slide-out drawer feature sold it for me - no more trying to forcefully stuff my kitties inside! They loved how spacious it is once opened up, and the easy access made travel prep less stressful. However, the latch could be a bit smoother; sometimes it takes a few tries to get it locked. Other than that, it's been great so far - they're calmer in transit, and I'm less frazzled setting them up!
