This cat bed is made of soft material. My cat enjoys the feel and it looks cozy. Now that the weather is getting cooler my cat is usually napping in this bed. The bottom is non slip which is useful on my laminate floors.

The cat bed comes shrink wrapped in an incredibly small package. I was surprised at how compact it was. After opening, it takes up to 48 hours (per the instructions) to expand to its full size.
